Program Description
Affordable Automotive Repair uses AutoVitals messaging technology to send SMS text messages to customers who have opted in. Messages are sent by Affordable Automotive Repair to customers who have provided consent. Message types include appointment reminders, service reminders, vehicle status updates, inspection results, thank-you messages, one to one general messages, and marketing or promotional updates where applicable.

Issue: Clunking noise, under front passenger side when driving Affordable Automotive completely surpassed my expectations when I took my car to them, after another repair shop quoted that I needed a new CV Axle and that the total cost would be $1700 to replace. I took it to AA on a whim and received a prompt, polite call that stated the issue was only a loose caliper. They stated they tightened and that the cost was zero bc all they had to do was to tighten the bolts. I did ask them to do another service while it was there and paid for that of course. They did a 40+ inspection on my car and provided me a report of what else may need service in the future. I am now 6+ weeks from that service and the car is still quiet and driving well. Unlike MOST service stations, AA is trusting and the cost of labor is budget friendly and the staff are extremely knowledgeable and polite. If you have any issues with your automobile, don't hesitate to take it to Affordable Automotive, they will have you back on the road quickly while easy on your pockets! I appreciate your honesty and you now have a customer for life!
I bought my tires from them a year ago and suddenly I had a flat from a screw. I was distraught and called to see if they could help, and they were amazing! They couldn't patch it but they got my donut on and ordered a new tire. The next day I came straight from work and my car is highway ready again! And no cost to be because my tires were covered by road Hazard protection!
